• Chicken Wings/Drumsticks:
• Ginger:
• Cilantro:
• Bay Leaves:
• Neutral Oil: 2 tablespoons (this doesn't count as ingredient, everyone has it)
• Salt; of course.

Kitchenware

• Large Pot with lid
• Chopping board and Knife
